Anamnesis: 64-year-old patient, known with the following pathology: aseptic necrosis of right lateral condyle, presents to the clinic with 5/10 pain at the level of the right knee, symptomatology that started approximately 2 months ago. No personal history.
Family history: Unknown.

CLINICAL PRESENTATION:

Symptoms: Pain at the level of the right knee.
Duration: 2 months.
Aggravating factors: None.
Ameliorating factors: None.

Treatment History:

Current medications: None.
Previous treatments: None.

Investigations:

Results: Knee MRI.
Diagnosis: Aseptic necrosis of external condyle right knee.

Treatment Plan:

Recommended medication: None prescribed.
Therapeutic interventions: 20 sessions of hyperbaric therapy.

EVOLUTION AND PROGNOSIS:

Evolution: The patient presents for reevaluation after a cycle of 20 sessions and reports that the pain has decreased to 2/10 and is no longer constant. Increased mobility.
Prognosis: Much improved status.
