Symptoms: Local pain and reduced mobility of the knee joint.
Duration: Several months.
Aggravating factors: Obesity.
Alleviating factors: None.

Treatment History:

Previous treatments: No other previous treatments.

Investigations:

Results: Knee MRI.
Diagnosis: Necrosis of the left lateral femoral condyle.

Treatment Plan:

Recommended medication: Pain medication as needed.
Therapeutic interventions: 20 sessions of hyperbaric therapy.

EVOLUTION AND PROGNOSIS:

Evolution: The patient presented for reassessment after the first treatment cycle, which included 20 sessions. Symptomatically, he reported a 60% reduction in pain intensity. MRI examination showed an 80% decrease in edema.
Prognosis: The prognosis is favorable, and continuation of treatment is recommended.
After completing the second treatment cycle (40 sessions), the patient presented again for reassessment. Pain was significantly reduced, from a score of 10/10 to 2/10. Radiologically, the edema decreased by 95%.

FINAL OBSERVATIONS:
