Anamnesis: 39-year-old patient, without significant personal history, presents to the clinic for pain at the level of the right knee, appearing after a fall, symptomatology that started approximately one month ago, with intensity of 7/10.
Family history: None.

CLINICAL PRESENTATION:

Symptoms: Pain at the level of the right knee.
Duration: One month.
Aggravating factors: None.
Ameliorating factors: None.

Treatment History:

Current medications: None.
Previous treatments: None performed.

Investigations:

Results: Knee MRI.
Diagnosis: Bone edema of external femoral condyle right knee.

Treatment Plan:

Recommended medication: None prescribed.
Therapeutic interventions: 20 sessions of hyperbaric therapy.

EVOLUTION AND PROGNOSIS:

Evolution: At reevaluation, the patient reports that he no longer has pain and no longer uses a crutch.
Prognosis: Favorable

FINAL OBSERVATIONS:

Post hyperbaric therapy 20 sessions, a remission of the edema of approximately 70% is observed. It is recommended to continue treatment with another 20 sessions.
