Anamnesis: 32-year-old patient, known with the following pathology: aseptic necrosis of the left femoral head, stage I according to Arlet and Ficat. He presents to the clinic with 3/10 pain in the left hip, symptoms that started approximately one month ago.
Family history: None known.

Clinical Presentation:

Symptoms: Pain in the left hip.
Duration: One month.
Aggravating factors: None.
Alleviating factors: None.

Treatment History:

Current medications: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Previous treatments: None.

Investigations:

Results: Pelvic MRI.
Diagnosis: Aseptic necrosis of the left femoral head (ANFH), stage I.

Treatment Plan:

Recommended medication: None prescribed.
Therapeutic interventions: Hyperbaric therapy initial protocol of 20 sessions followed by MRI reassessment.
Protected walking.

Evolution and Prognosis:

Evolution: The patient presents for reassessment after the first treatment cycle for left ANFH stage I, having completed 22 HBOT sessions without adverse reactions or complications. The patient no longer has pain and has normal physical activity.
Prognosis: Good. The patient shows complete healing.

Final Observations:

Reassessment recommended as needed. Follow-up MRI examination at 12 months after treatment.
