Anamnesis: 73-year-old patient, known with the following pathology: osteonecrosis of right internal femoral condyle, presents to the clinic with 4/10 pain at the level of the right knee, symptomatology that started approximately 3 months ago and has worsened in the last 2 months. Personal history: Stage II arterial hypertension, under treatment with Noliprel and Bisotens. Right tympanic myringotomy for serous otitis.

Symptoms: Pain at the level of the right knee.
Duration: 3 months.
Aggravating factors: None.
Ameliorating factors: None.
Current medications: Noliprel, Bisotens.
Previous treatments: Infiltration with Cortisol and Hyaluronic Acid.
Results: Knee MRI.
Diagnosis: Avascular necrosis of right femoral condyle.
Recommended medication: None prescribed.
Therapeutic interventions: Hyperbaric therapy initial protocol 20 sessions.
Evolution: Much increased mobility, normal vascularization.
