Diagnosis: Avascular necrosis of the left femoral head, stage 2/3.

Evolution: After 2 months, the patient presents for reassessment, subjectively the pain has decreased from 7-8/10 to 2-3/10, and imaging shows that bone edema has decreased by approximately 40%, the patient is satisfied and wishes to continue therapy.
After another 40 sessions of HBOT, the patient presents for reassessment with an MRI after one year and reports that the pain has disappeared, occurring only in cold weather and with extensive movements, the pain at the beginning was 7-8/10, mobility was only possible with a crutch.
Prognosis: Good.
Almost complete healing (approximately 100% remission). Maintenance sessions are recommended, only as needed.
