Anamnesis: The patient presents with a dehiscent wound at the level of the right heel post resection of suspicious pigmented nevus. Right heel lateral at the calcaneus level approximately 1.5 cm wound with integumentary defect and superficial necrosis, as well as induration and local redness, without secretions, peripheral circulation, motor function and sensitivity otherwise ok.
