Jüngste Studien belegen die positiven Auswirkungen und die Wirksamkeit der hyperbaren Therapie bei der Behandlung von Personen mit posttraumatischem Syndrom, insbesondere bei Personen, die gegen herkömmliche Behandlungen resistent sind. Dies ist auf die Aktivierung der Neuroplastizität zurückzuführen und führt zu einer Linderung der Symptome.
